A2: Our products are made to order. Once we receive your order, it will be completed within 45 days at the latest. After production is completed, the order will enter the shipping phase.

A4: We offer home delivery service, but our default delivery does not include bringing furniture upstairs or installation. If you require upstairs delivery and installation, please contact our customer service team in advance to arrange for the service and pay the necessary fees.
