A bed is the most intimate object you own—you spend a third of your years with it. We built one worthy of that trust: a mortise-and-tenon rattan headboard, hand-brushed matte black ash, and a suspended base.
Place it in a bright bedroom or a dim one, against a plain wall or a crowded one. It asks nothing of the room but the right to be restful within it.
